White papers

To prepare for the discussions that will take place throughout 2023, the French branch of ADI/ILA has initiated the preparation of a series of thematic white papers, the list of which you will find below. The chosen themes correspond to the major challenges that we must face in the 21st century.

Two questions underlie the preparation of the white papers: 1) In what international society do you want to live by 2050? (2) To achieve this international society, what international law do we need?

The white papers will be published between June and September 2022. They will be the subject of a broad public consultation and will serve as a basis for the work carried out in 2023.
